Flashback to the middle of 2020, and most industries are suffering. Staffing for advertising was no different, with hundreds of people applying for a single role. LinkedIn is a tool. But at its best is only as good as its algorithms. So we worked with Kay & Black to highlight their strength of getting to know the real candidate, not just who the bots may put forth.

We had a couple different directions, plus a diversity message, that everyone liked. So we ran with all of them.


WHO ARE YOU MISSING OUT ON?

Imagine who companies might not have found, had they depended on the bots. It was fun to write these ‘rejections’ for the people who signed-on to be part of the campaign.

When you have a look at LinkedIn, there seem to be some profiles for people that seemingly could never exist. We kind of want to make profiles for them too.
